We’ve enhanced our Power BI integration to now display the underlying tables in each dataset, with convenient filtering options based on data types and measures. Additionally, users can view the Power M code that generates these tables, with a new AI-powered feature to explain the code in natural language.
In our latest update, Databricks Unity Catalog assets now feature the associated volumes directly on the entity page. This allows users to easily identify the storage backing each asset, improving data management and accessibility.
We’ve introduced a curated list of top queries at both the domain and data product levels. This feature simplifies the workflow for SQL users, helping them avoid starting from scratch and enabling quicker access to the most relevant data.
Our updated lineage graph now displays dbt models conjoined with their resulting tables/views, reducing complexity and offering a clearer visual of data flows. Additionally, we now show dbt-compiled code alongside the DDL, providing users with a comprehensive understanding of the logic used to populate each table or view.
